Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your appointment, and refunds are not provided. The quality of the markups will determine the quality and accuracy of the assessment and markups. As a minimum, we require 1 x lateral body, and a lateral photo of each hoof and a video of your horse walking or trotting viewed from in front, behind and laterally. You can send as many photos and videos as you like. You can include radiographs also. Click on the link at the time of your online consultation. The consult will be recorded, and you will be provided with a link to view the recording and marked-up images typically within 3 days of your appointment. If you wish to purchase a report, please choose an alternative service. Our online equine podiatry consultations are for clients who want one-off or ongoing support for their horses' hooves and do not require a report. The images featured here are to illustrate changes during a consult with me in person and to also demonstrate the quality and views you might wish to submit. Often new customers seek us out because other hoof care professionals or approaches haven't helped solve their problem.
