The Knife horse knife has a longer handle than the regular models, for safe leverage during use.
 
The Knife Long handle is 5 1/2" long, 1 1/4" wide and the drop blade is approx. 2 3/4" long and 3/8" wide.
 
Sharpened at the bottom of the drop blade.
 
Good quality steel makes this hoof knife easy to sharpen.
 
The blade is heat treated to a consistent hardness on the Rockwell 'C' Hardness scale.
 
This is our favourite hoof knife due to the shape of the blade and handle, for accurate and safe trimming.
